Visa to Vietnam

We can arrange your visa in two ways: Visa receiving from Vietnamese Embassy abroad or Visa receiving on arrival.

I. Get your visa stamp at Embassies & General Consulates of Vietnam

II. Visa on arrival
Whether you are living near or far from Vietnamese Embassies or Consulates, or if you accidentally wish to visit Vietnam, you will be satisfied with our quick arrangement for VISA ON ARRIVAL, which help you avoid the complicated procedures and bureaucracy.

III. Procedure for visa receiving from Vietnamese Embassy abroad
Please send us your order by fax or email form applicant with information as follow:
1. Full names (include gender), please write as exactly as your passport.
2. Date of birth
3. Nationality
4. Occupation
5. Passport No
6. Valid date (at least 06 months)
7. Date of arrival
8. Port of arrival (please choose either Noi Bai (Ha noi), Danang or Tan Son Nhat (Saigon-Ho Chi Minh City).
9. Length of stays (one month for tourist visa).

How to do step by step:
1. Upon reception your order, We will submit directly to the Immigration Office (O/I) and wait for the visa approval (normally 04-05 working days). If urgent, we can do with 01-02 working days with additional cost.

2. If approved, I/O will notify us by document that visa approved. We send you by email or fax. You print out and take with you to board the plane to Vietnam and get visa stamp at the airport.

III. Procedure for visa receiving on arrival
Please send us your order by fax or email form applicant with information as follow:
1. Full names (include gender), please write as exactly as your passport.
2. Date of birth
3. Nationality
4. Occupation
5. Passport No
6. Valid date (at least 06 months)
7. Date of arrival in Vietnam
8. Port of arrival (please choose either Noi Bai (Ha noi), Danang or Tan Son Nhat (Saigon-Ho Chi Minh City).
9. Length of stays (one month for tourist visa).
10. Place where you like to get visa (Name the capital or city where the most convenient Vietnam Embassy or Consulate located in your country)

How to do step by step:
1. Upon reception of visa order, we will submit the details to the Immigration Office (the I/O) and wait for the visa approval (normally 04-05 working days) If urgent, we can do with 01-02 working days with additional cost.

2. If approved, I/O will notify us by document that visa approved and also notifies the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate at the same time by fax. Upon arrival in Vietnam, an Immigration officer will check your approval number and issue the Visa stamp at the entry gate. Please remember to remind us the arrival date of your flight to Vietnam

IMPORTANT Please take a note that visa on arrival in Vietnam means visa stamped on arrival. Guests must get visa approval by Vietnam Immigration office in advance. Being misunderstood, many tourists must spend at least 1-2 days at entry gates to arrange the visa.
